1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and luckybaji ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the luckybaji website at luckybaji.app, downloading the luckybaji mobile app, or creating an account, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all use of the luckybaji platform, including sports betting, instant games, promotions, and any other services offered. They should be read alongside the luckybaji Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and luckybaji.

If you are accessing luckybaji on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms. luckybaji reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To use luckybaji, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one luckybaji account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. luckybaji uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed without notice.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid phone number, and a working email address. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

You are responsible for keeping your luckybaji account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact luckybaji support immediately. luckybaji will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player sharing their login details.

4 Deposits and Payments

luckybaji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are credited to your luckybaji account balance in BDT with no currency conversion fees. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are typically credited instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact luckybaji support with your transaction reference number. luckybaji is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• luckybaji does not accept cash deposits or bank transfers unless explicitly stated.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed; contact support as quickly as possible if this happens.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on luckybaji are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative has been approved by the support team. Withdrawals are paid in BDT and are typically processed within one hour during normal operating hours.

Before your first withdrawal, luckybaji may require you to complete identity verification. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID and confirming ownership of your payment account. This process is in place to protect players and prevent fraud.

• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered ten times before a withdrawal is permitted. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless luckybaji explicitly offers a cash-out or edit option for that market.

luckybaji reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. luckybaji also reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player at its discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

• Bets on suspended markets will not be accepted.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay and may be refused if the market has moved significantly.
• Results are determined by the official result at the end of the relevant event or period, as defined by the sport's governing body.
• In the event of a match abandonment, bets will be settled according to luckybaji's specific sport rules.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and are displayed in the relevant market.

8 Instant Games

luckybaji's instant games — including Lucky Piggy, Slide, Monster Crash, Monster Triple, and Diving — use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to determine outcomes. All game results are independently verifiable and provably fair.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game interface. Players should understand that RTP is calculated over a large number of rounds and does not guarantee any specific outcome in a single session. Past results have no influence on future outcomes.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting.

10 Privacy and Data

luckybaji collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. 13 Limitation of Liability

luckybaji provides its platform on an "as is" basis.
